Okay, maybe it’s more comfortable for you to read and write in English, so to make sure I get my points straight to you, I’ll write in English.
I asked why you need the Keyboard Viewer, because I see only 2 possible uses for it:
- either you want to see the layout of the keyboard, to know where are the special keys (with accents, diacritics and so forth);
- or you want to enter characters with your pointer, by clicking those keys.
The first I can understand, until you get used to the placement of the special symbols, but other than that, I find no use for it.
And yes, most of us do not have the Romanian layout on the physical keyboard (e.g. this one — sorry for the low quality, couldn’t find a better one), but we got used to the positions of the special characters. I, for one, have a European English keyboard, with the inverted L-shape Return key. On my previous MacBook, I had a Danish layout, which was horrible enough, but as I said, I got used to typing without looking down, even for the Romanian characters.
Regarding your last remarks, yes, there are many people in many places who don’t bother to use the diacritics for Romanian, unfortunately.
